Source: Apple When Apple Inc. was preparing to unveil its latest operating systems last year, it could have been an embarrassing episode for the tech giant. After all, the company was lagging far behind Silicon Valley peers in artificial intelligence. While the tech world was focused on the three-way race between ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, Apple had little to show for itself. The Apple Intelligence platform, released a few months earlier, drew a tepid response. And the new Siri voice assistant, a cornerstone of the company's AI push, was far from ready.
