Indicator Changes - line is now called positional. - Memes & Perps now called Swing. - Scalper no change. positional & scalper have gotten a code logic upgrade while swing logic remains the same. more on this in the Rationale section. everything is already live. just logout and relogin to tradingview. delete and re-add the web3quant indicator and it will work. All the indicators are universal and works on all timeframes. each serves a specific trading style and can be used in isolation or combined for a custom strategy. theres also a optimized timeframe mentioned against each one in brackets. - 3day or 1week for Positional trades (typically multiple weeks). - 2h or 6h for Swing Trades (typically multiple days). - 10m on HeikanAshi candles for scalping (typically multiple hours). optimized does NOT mean this is set in stone. play around and see what suits your trading style. many use 5min for scalping and 4h for swings and daily timeframes for positional. Alerts All the alerts have a clear label making it easier to differentiate signals. Standard TradingView alerts are used—if you’re unfamiliar, learn how they work. Support team wont be able to help you with tradingview tutorials. Heres a common a one Set the alert for Once per bar close if you only want to see alerts after confirmation. Also if trading live then WAIT for the candle close sometimes the price action is so volatile (specially onchain or memecoins) the signals could appear and disappear. its not an indicator or repainting issue but more likely data related. those who know what they are doing can follow intra candle signals too. Rationale The first version of the indicator was built as a Swiss Army knife—a solid generalist, but more suited for spot HTF trades than leveraged setups.
