Finance isn't immune to the turmoil snaking through society during this time of upheaval. Some of the uncertainty, in the US at least, is the result of President Donald Trump's policies, like his aggressive attack on diversity, equity and inclusion programs. Add in the anxiety surrounding perhaps the biggest technological advancement of our lifetime, plus a dash of drug-induced confusion, and bankers have a whole lot to contend with. We spoke to people on the front lines of these shifts to find out how they're navigating their new realities.
