JOIN US HERE! _________________________________________________   Brace for Impact: How Today’s Tariff Calls Could Reshape the Dollar, Gold and Bonds  Stocks are down fairly big across the board as everyone awaits the tariff announcements coming from the White House once the market closes at 4 p.m. ET. Here’s how an important part of this will go as far as the U.S. dollar, which has been falling… If other countries put on reciprocal tariffs, it will weaken the dollar. But if Trump puts these tariffs on and countries don’t retaliate, that will strengthen the dollar.  Gold is a little over-extended, and I would wait for it to drop to the $3,085 level, about 100 points from where it is now. I believe today’s announcement will have a big impact on gold.  The bond market (TLT) will also be impacted by today’s announcement, though, not quite as much as the U.S. dollar.
