And we started with a ticker that’s been in the news a lot the past several days: Intel (INTC).  And that news being a takeover proposal from Qualcomm (QCOM), followed by another report of a multi-billion dollar investment by Apollo Global Management. The Qualcomm news came to light on Friday, giving Intel a shot in the arm as INTC is now up over 10% in the wake of that and the Apollo news, which broke this morning. And if any stock needed a shot in the arm, it’s Intel, which has struggled mightily this year — though it just got a new buy signal from my Master Indicator. How the Daily Chart Setup Works Here’s a more detailed description of how the pattern triggers:   1. The price breaks upward through the orange Market Roadmap Line.  2. Then the price goes up and down while staying above the line. Eventually, it comes down to touch the line again — this could take days, weeks or even months.  3. Once it touches the line and starts moving back up, that signals an entry.  I use Fibonacci levels for for profit targets and stop losses, and these two tools combined have helped me achieve a 77% win rate over the past six-plus years!
