Right now, holding 60% cash might be the most aggressive move you can make.  While many watch the S&P 500 (SPY) remain resilient — I’m focused on structural shifts beneath the surface. We’re moving away from simple Information Technology (XLK) rotations toward a 1940s-style geopolitical regime change.
