At a gathering ahead of Donald Trump's inauguration, dozens of mayors sent the message to federal officials that affordable housing is their top priority. Local leaders who were at the US Conference of Mayors' annual meeting this past weekend in Washington, DC, called on the new administration and Congress to "support and quickly pass the largest and most comprehensive investment legislation in housing in our country's history."
