Binance to re-enter India after paying $2.25 million fine

Binance is a leading international crypto exchange and it was blocked in India last year when 9 exchange URLs were restricted. FIU India did this because of non-compliance with FIU guidelines. Now some exchanges are trying to enter the Indian market again by following the process and paying penalties. Binance is the second exchange doing this and the exchange is penalised for $2.25 million in this process. Its a good news for Indian users and traders that Binance is coming back.

Binance started a Megadrop IEO event recently and in the last project, they found some unfair practices followed by users. Their system identified that some unfair practices were followed and 102,000 fraudulent accounts. As part of the process they banned 297 accounts and this count might grow as they figure out more accounts involved in fraudulent activities .
