With gold cooling off recently, I asked Jeffry for his price outlook over the next six months… A Basket of Wrap Order Trade Ideas for You, and My Theory on the Market Bubble Talk   Hey, Graham Lindman here… There’s been an ongoing debate about whether the U.S. stock market is in a bubble. Bloomberg Intelligence recently published an in-depth article examining this issue, which I’ll highlight briefly… The current five-year rally in the S&P 500, which has risen 185%, does not yet match the final phase of historical bubbles like the dot-com bubble and the Roaring Twenties, which saw 300% spikes. A comparison between Nvidia's (NVDA) current valuation, and Cisco's (CSCO) valuation 24 years ago reveals that Nvidia is more profitable, and has lower valuation metrics.  This suggests that despite its massive gains, there is still room for growth — an opinion I share. The "Roaring 2020s," as some have labeled it, may still be in its early stages, with the final phase potentially coming in the next three to five years.  This outlook is supported by historical parallels and the current wave of technological innovation, which is reminiscent of the 1920s. According to Sir John Templeton, bubbles end in euphoria, and Bloomberg Intelligence's analysis indicates that we have not yet reached this phase. Now, I also have a theory of my own… It’s possible that the market performance we saw in 2022 was significantly misjudged. Based on economic performance, markets should have gained 7-10% in 2022. But that’s not what happened at all… Markets slumped 20% because Wall Street assumed that higher interest rates would trigger a recession. This assumption proved to be wrong, and now the markets are playing catch up. Just something to think about this weekend! Trade Ideas for Monday Here’s something really juicy for you… some trade ideas! Thanks to some insights from one of our amazing community members — thank you, Jason! — I’m excited to take our wrap order method and apply it to a basket of trades.  This approach leverages wrap orders along with extended expiration times, providing the necessary runway for these trades to realize their potential. Instead of focusing on a single stock, I’m curating a basket of strong stocks, mimicking the structure of a small ETF to diversify and hopefully enhance stability. My basket includes big names like Apple (AAPL), Amazon (AMZN), Eli Lilly (LLY), Meta Platforms (META) and Progressive (PGR).  This strategy aims to optimize performance and mitigate risk by balancing high-potential stocks across various sectors.  Here are the trades if you’re interested in entering — these go until July 19, and most are down today so you may get even better fills than me on Monday! Keep in mind, as with all trading, there is risk involved here. And I have quite a bit of money tied up. If anything, you might try paper trading until you get your footing. Then you can decide if this is right for you and fits within your trading plan.     Basically, I need these stocks to finish above the higher strikes by July 19 to double my investment in each.  I don’t imagine every trade will win, but if three of the five hit, then I should make around $5K in profit.  If all of them hit, there’s $25K potential here!
