The Fund holds the SUI token; however, an investment in the Fund is not a direct investment in SUI. As a non-diversified and single-industry Fund, the value of the shares may fluctuate more than shares invested in a broader range of industries. Digital assets represent a new and rapidly evolving industry. The value of the Fund depends on the acceptance of the digital assets, the capabilities and development of blockchain technologies and the fundamental investment characteristics of the digital asset.
Staking is the process of putting digital assets to work on a blockchain network to receive rewards and enhance protocol security. By helping the blockchain run more smoothly and securely, rewards are earned in the native blockchain token. Potential staking rewards are earned by the Fund and not issued directly to investors.
Cryptocurrency, as an asset class, is highly volatile, can become illiquid at any time, and is for investors with a high risk tolerance. Cryptocurrency may also be more susceptible to market manipulation than securities. It is not extensively regulated, but future regulation is possible.
